The Driven Formula® Community Code of Conduct
The Driven Formula® Community exists to help ambitious founders, business owners, leaders and professionals achieve more in business and life through connection, accountability, learning and support. This is a community built on trust, respect, collaboration and action. By joining, you agree to uphold the following standards.
1. Be Respectful
Treat every member with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. We welcome different perspectives, but personal attacks, bullying, discrimination, harassment, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated. Challenge ideas, not individuals.
2. Contribute Positively
The strongest communities are built by people who give as well as receive. Share your knowledge, celebrate the successes of others and provide constructive support when asked.
3. Respect Confidentiality
We operate on a spirit of trust. Information shared within the community should remain confidential unless explicit permission has been given to share it elsewhere.
4. No Hard Selling or Spam
You're welcome to talk about your business, but this community is built on relationships, not relentless selling. Provide value first. Opportunities will follow.
5. Support Without Judgement
Every member is at a different stage of their journey. We encourage members to offer support, guidance and encouragement without judgement.
6. Keep Content Relevant
Keep discussions focused on business growth, leadership, personal development, networking, mindset, finance and professional success.
7. Respect Intellectual Property
Training materials, resources, presentations, recordings and member contributions remain the property of their creators. Please do not copy or share content without permission.
8. Build Relationships
Be generous with introductions, share opportunities, support fellow members and actively participate. The more you contribute, the more value you will receive.
9. Act with Integrity
We encourage honesty, transparency and ethical behaviour in all interactions. Your reputation matters.
10. Protect the Community
Our goal is a safe, supportive and productive environment for all. The Driven Formula® reserves the right to remove content or revoke membership where behaviour breaches this Code of Conduct.
